Theme support in MrMoqui

I’ve been cooking up a branch with theme support so I can do Brainfood branded internal tooling. As a test theme I’ve been using NeXTSTEP/OpenStep branding guidelines because they are robust and either open or effectively abandoned. I’ll push a public branch after a little more review.

I was thinking I’d do KDE Plasma next, complete with KDE icons. I don’t know if we want something like WordPress’ theme discovery feature but, if we did, we should miserably complicate our lives by decentralizing it using IPFS or something like that.

Wow, it does bring in a distinct look… I haven’t seen buttons like that in many moons! I guess if TUI is fair game, what isn’t?

Pi.dev on Qwen 3.8 INT4 27B “went rogue” while I was walking my dog and made the new “Rainbow” theme. You’re welcome.

Wow, gradient borders even… without breaking the constraints of the layout, that’s an impressive level of rainbowiness.

I wonder… if we made that the default theme, would we lose half the potential user base? (sorry, election day joke)

Only one way to find out!
