Does Moqui have a translation for speakers of languages other than English, I’m interested in: Russian and Chinese and Dutch.
Or who knows, please write what language files exist for the possibility of self-translation.

Moqui supports localization and internationalization. To translate you either load data containing the translations or you can just go to system => L10n messages or L10n Entity Fields to directly translate any labels / database records
