It depends on what you want to do. The foundational entities cover the basics, and some entities were intentionally commented out as we gain trust in the domain design. My recommendation is to add entities on top of the existing design. And if you think they are generic / useful on their own beyond your use case then you can collaborate towards improving the framework.
